By submitting prompts, text, or other material through LoupaAI, you confirm that:

• You have the legal right to use and upload such material

• You grant us a royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive license to process and display this content for the purpose of providing AI outputs

LoupaAI does not claim ownership of your inputs or generated outputs. However, you are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of generated content complies with all applicable laws, intellectual property rights, and third-party restrictions.

4. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

LoupaAI is an AI-powered tool that assists users in creating digital product concepts, frameworks, and related content.
While our technology is designed for high accuracy, the outputs are automatically generated and may contain factual inaccuracies or unsuitable content.

We do not guarantee the accuracy, legality, or commercial viability of any AI-generated material.
Users are responsible for verifying and editing all outputs before use, publication, or sale.
LoupaAI and Wertunity E-Commerce FZCO disclaim all liability for actions taken based on AI-generated content.

5. Linking and External Content

You may link to LoupaAI publicly, provided such links do not imply sponsorship or endorsement by us.
Framing, embedding, or inline linking of LoupaAI’s content is strictly prohibited without our prior written consent.

We may provide links to third-party websites or APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Stripe).
These links are provided for convenience only, and we assume no responsibility or liability for the content, privacy practices, or operations of any external sites.

6. Subscriptions, Credits, and Payments

LoupaAI operates on a subscription-based model, offering monthly and yearly plans, which include a

credit-based usage system.

• Payments are securely processed by Stripe, Inc.

• Wertunity E-Commerce FZCO does not collect or store payment information

• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled

• Unused credits do not roll over or transfer to future billing cycles

If your subscription expires or is cancelled, unused credits are forfeited and cannot be transferred or refunded.

7. Refund and Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription only through your Stripe customer dashboard.
This can be accessed directly via the “Manage Plan” button located in your LoupaAI account profile.

Cancellation requests via email or other methods are not accepted.
When you cancel, your current plan remains active until the end of the billing period; you will not be charged again thereafter.

8. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your LoupaAI account credentials.
You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized access or suspected breach.

We are not liable for any losses or damages resulting from unauthorized access to your account caused by your failure to maintain security.

9. Acceptable Use

Users agree not to use LoupaAI for any unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes, including but not limited to:

• Generating or distributing defamatory, hateful, or illegal material

• Uploading content that infringes intellectual property rights

• Using automated bots or scraping tools to extract data

• Attempting to bypass usage limits, credit restrictions, or authentication systems

Violation of this policy may result in immediate account suspension or termination without notice.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wertunity E-Commerce FZCO and its affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to:

• The use or inability to use LoupaAI

• Errors or omissions in AI-generated content

• Service interruptions or data loss

• Unauthorized access or security breaches

In jurisdictions that do not allow certain exclusions, our liability shall be limited to the amount you paid during the last 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to LoupaAI at our discretion, without notice, if we believe:

• You have violated these Terms

• Your activity poses a risk to the platform or other users

• Required by law or regulatory authority

Upon termination, your access to all credits, features, and saved data will be revoked.
Sections related to intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnification shall survive termination.

12. Intellectual Property

All LoupaAI trademarks, trade names, branding, and design elements remain the property of

Wertunity E-Commerce FZCO.
You may not use any LoupaAI mark or logo without prior written authorization.

AI-generated outputs belong to the user who created them, subject to compliance with these Terms and applicable law.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Wertunity E-Commerce FZCO, its officers, employees, and partners against all claims, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of LoupaAI

• Your violation of these Terms

• Any infringement of intellectual property or privacy rights by your generated content

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates (Dubai Silicon Oasis Authority).

Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

15. Amendments

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time.
Updates will be published on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.
Your continued use of LoupaAI after such updates constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
